Some of the challenges are delays in shipping, accidents and breakdowns.

We don’t do deliveries. We only ship vehicles from Japan to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania where our liability ends so this can sometimes be a challenge. However, from Tanzania, customers can choose to go and pick up the vehicle themselves or use a third party to transport the vehicle.

Some challenges include fuel costs, tyre’s bursting and pressure from customers for the vehicle to be transported as quickly as possible.

Q5. If a client changes their mind after ordering and making payment for a vehicle, do you refund them?

The reservation of the car can be cancelled at a fee and the customer can get their money back.

We do refund only if the order vehicles is not booked for shipment. If booked and shipped, we do not refund.
